The Tikel App and Service are provided to you in return for a flat Tikel service fee (“Fee”). The Fee covers related payments processing costs and is charged as follows:
$0.99 / £0.99 / €0.99 for each paid Tikel sent.
For users outside the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (Single Euro Payments Area), the Fee will either be shown in your equivalent local currency or in United States dollars (USD) if we do not support your local currency.
The Fee allows you to access and use our full suite of the App and Service features and functionality including but not limited to: Tikel designs, content features, experiential functionality, etc.
The Fee is non-refundable once a Tikel has been sent: your payment for the provision of the Service. Your chosen Tikel recipient has up to 1 (one) year to redeem a Tikel.
